We made a purely calming and hydrating (no exfoliation) toner/mist for our clients whose skin drinks up serums and moisture, and can use a hydration refresher mid-day or to set makeup.  Tranquilizer shines after peels, microneedling, and sun exposure, or any time skin feels a little tender or warm.
